Six months of WINCHI. Half a year ago, this was an idea being sketched out in conversations. Today, we’re a team that has built and launched a live streaming platform, with one show streaming and another already in development.
Building WINCHI has meant making a lot of decisions with incomplete information, under real pressure, and with a small team that had to move fast without losing sight of craft. That’s a difficult balance to hold, and the people in this picture held it well.
